- Reported active hallucination about pager calling

- Was clean and tidy
- Was independent in ward

Work aspect
- Just finished university before admission, had no work history
- Had high work volition but could only achieve moderate work speed in OT program
- Needed moderate prompting during OT program
- Agreed to increase his work speed in OT program
- Did CWPP on 17.7.09, patient was up to S/E level

Leisure aspect
- Likes solitary activities e.g. reading books, listening to radio

Social aspect
- Had limited social interaction with co-patient
- Had limited social skill during OT program

Patient's future plan
- Continues to work in OT program with better performance
- Retires or D/C to heaven directly

Problem identification:
- Had unrealistic future plan on work after D/C
- Had limited social skills
- Had limited leisure activities
- Was slow in work speed

OT management
- Contine OT program and observe mental state
- Arrange social skills training
- Explore leisure activities with patient e.g. QiGong group
